Is your teenager unsure about which profession to choose? That is natural.
Today, the flow of information and the abundance of choices are overwhelming, which only increases the fear of making a mistake. Many teenagers choose their future path under the influence of their parents, by following their friends, or simply based on the principle of “wherever I can get accepted.” However, to find a fulfilling and beloved career, the priority is to understand oneself.
This summer, everything can change. The “Ayg” Psychological Services Center announces the launch of its Group Career Guidance Program for teenagers aged 14–17.
What will this program give the teenager?
The main goal of the program is to provide tools that will enable participants to:

Realize the connection: Understand how the choice of profession impacts not only their job but also the quality of their future life.

Avoid mistakes: Identify the most common mistakes made during the career selection process.

Unlock their potential: Gain a deeper understanding of their own interests, values, and strengths.

Find the right direction: Clarify which professional fields are best suited for them.
How will the program be conducted?
This is not a format where a teenager is simply handed a ready-made list of professions. During the sessions, participants will engage in practical exercises and active discussions. Step by step, they will learn to understand themselves better, allowing them to make a conscious decision about their future based on their unique individual traits.
Program Expert
The program will be led by Inessa Hambardzumyan, a child and adolescent psychologist and career guidance expert.

📍 Location: Offline, at the “AYG” Psychological Services Center

📅 Days & Time: Mondays and Wednesdays at 15:00

⏳ Duration: 5 sessions (1.5 hours each)
