In «AYG» center of psychological services carries out:
- Counseling of state and non-state agencies in the spheres of Human Recourse Management, including recruitment standards, training of the existing staff, placement of the staff, assessment of the position of compliance etc.(such as Ministry of Defense, Military Academy after V. Sargsyan, Ministry of Economy, business sphere etc.);
- Supervision and Management of Programs implementation with international organizations;
- Trainer in the spheres of “Criminal and Forensic psychology”, “Psychology of criminality”, Human Resource Management”.
Since 2002 has been lecturing and training in different universities and training centers of Armenia for students and practitioners within Criminal Justice sphere (Advocates, Prosecutors, judges and Penitentiary Servants).
Mr. Gasparyan has managed dozens of Projects within Justice Reforms in Armenia, including scope Of Juvenile Justice, Restorative Justice and Criminal Justice at all. He is the founder of psychological service in Penitentiary Service of Armenia and used to lead this service from 2001 to 2011.
During three years has been established psychological service also in Military Police Department of the Ministry of Defense of Armenia, including psychological consultations and research within disciplinary battalion and in different military units and the places of detention of the Military Police Department of Armenia.
